I really like being outdoors and working out now that it is a bit warmer in the air.
I was excited to go out in the sun. The plan was to run some hill sprints, but my spontaneity took over as many times before.
I have my own "secret" gym. Actually it is a building site that I use :)
A few week ago my friend and I found a estimated 250kg tractor tires, which obviously we started flipping. It was an incredibly primal and fun feeling to use this tool in a workout. It's been a while since I flipped the tire so I decided to run on my new idea.
If you're a bit creative and have imagination as a child, there really is everything you need.
Today's training session was in two parts, high intensity and pretty short metcons (7-12 min). Total time around 50min.
Part 1: 3 laps for time:
5x Tire flips
5x 3meter light pole climbing "without using the legs".
5x jump up on a stacked pile of street blocks, about 90cm "as a box jump"
Part 2: 12-9-6 reps of:
Tire flips.
Extra deep push-ups with the release of their hands.
Plyometrics jump at the Same pile of blocks, 90cm.
Split the deck flips in three each lap and did a free running movment inbetween each set: Free Running, took me up on a container which wasabout 3m, ran on top of it to the back. there was an approximately 1.5meters sandpit as I jump down on to then continue.

I pushed myself hard and the way home from the place felt like a marathon.

I was at Nordic gym in the middle of the day. I was afraid of missing the submit score deadline for the opening WoD 3, but It was no rush, deadline is tonight 2o'clock Swedish time.
Now more food, then early bed. I will open the Nordic gym tmw. See ya there!
